Our earthing systems consists of an electrode and the back fill compound, We offer electrodes in the following types and finishes
Molecularly bounded copper coated
rods (As per UL standards)
Zink Coated (Pipe in Pipe)
Copper Coated (Pipe in Pipe)
GI Coated (Pipe in Pipe)
Alloy Coated (Pipe in Pipe)
Copper bonded pipes are manufactured from ISI certified mild steel pipe. Copper is molecularly bonded to Nickel sealed steel pipe to avoid copper to steel merging. Bonding is done after all fabrication and drilling, so that no steel part is exposed. Minimum 100 microns copper coating thickness suitable for sea-shore area. Employed in places where soil resistivity is very low, where GI pipes cannot be used because of corrosive nature of soil.
Tinned copper bonded pipes are the latest addition to our range of products . After molecular bonding of steel with pure electrolytic quality copper, tin (sn) is applied over the copper. This process is also a continuation of molecular bonding.
Tin bonded rods- Superior quality - made of low carbon, high tensile strength steel rods - 99.9 % pure electrolytic quality copper is molecularly bonded to nickel coated steel rods ensuring greater performance and double protection 250 microns copper coating as required under UL 467 and IEEE spec - life span is excellent in corrosive soil.
